1. If the Wedding dress you received from Ritzy’s designs (Order) page is wrong in colour/style compared to the one you had ordered? If it is Ritzy Bridal’s mistake we will fix or make a brand new Wedding dress for you, 100% free.
Instantly send us picture of what Wedding dress you received, explain what is wrong , describe what you want via email: hannah@ritzybridal.com.au first. After confirmation that it is Ritzy Bridal’s mistake, please send us the wrong Wedding dress you received. It must be returned in its original conditions within 7 days of its arrival to you. The Wedding dress must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

2. If the Wedding dress you received from Custom your own Dress page is not from 80% identical with the pictures you had sent, Ritzy Bridal will fix it for free until you like it. Although being fixed and you still do not like it, Ritzy Bridal will not receive the left amount of money

3. Everything’s nice but the size is wrong? Make it fixed by your local tailor and we’ll reimburse you the cost.
If the size doesn’t fit you, we can reimburse you the cost for a local tailor fix.

4. Can I cancel the order of Wedding dress and get full refund? 
Please contact us immediately when you want to cancel it. We’ll offer you full refund but only when you cancel the order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we already  complete the preparation of materials, cutting cloths…..that means we will deduct 70% of the Wedding dress.

5. Can I cancel the order of Wedding accessories and get full refund?
Wedding accessories can not be exchanged or refunded.
